Order Processing: All orders are processed from the E.U. during normal business hours. Parfums d’Elmar is not open on weekends and Holidays. If your order is placed during this period, please allow for additional delivery time. Please ensure your full name, address, telephone number and email address is entered correctly to avoid any delays. Couriers will not accept initials.
Non-Domestic Addresses: Please note we are not able to ship to PO Boxes for orders over £190 / $250 / EUR 250 and are unable to ship orders to a Military base address
Modifying Orders: If you need to cancel or modify your order please email us within 1 hour of completing your orderand we will do our best to accommodate. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been processed at our warehouse. Please note our headquarters are based in the U.K. and operate 9am-5pm GMT time
Tracking: All orders are sent from the UK via a tracked courier service and will require a signature upon delivery. Our couriers will not leave parcels unattended due risk of damage or loss. You will receive Tracking Informationdirectly from the courier. Please allow up to 2 business days for U.K., 2-3 business days for Europe and 3-5 business days for Rest of World.
Delays: On rare occasions, we may experience delays due to the number of orders being processed. Extended lead times for shipping are imposed by our delivery partners, including and not limited to DPD, DHL, FedEx, NORSK, Aramex and UPS.
Dangerous Goods: Please note perfume is classified as “Dangerous Goods” and requires additional paperwork and checks at Customs clearance, which can lead to orders being delayed by Border Control. If they require any further information, they will contact Parfums d’Elmar directly. Customs Clearance will take 48hrs to process and continue its journey.
Customs Tax and Duties: Parfums d’Elmar do not cover Customs Tax, Duties, Tariffs, VAT, Handling Fees or Customs Clearance Charges required by your country for importing goods from the UK.You, the buyer is responsible to clear these charges, which vary as per your country of residence. If the customs fees and charges are refused, the order will be returned back to Parfums d’Elmar and you will not receive a refund for the charges.
REFUND POLICY
What is your Return Policy?
All returns are subject to inspection. Damaged returns may result in a Parfums d’Elmar credit. Any return requests made after 30 business days from delivery date will not be refunded.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 30 business days of your receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened, unused, and in a sell-able condition with all parts of the product and its packaging, caps, brand boxes, pamphlets, and any qualifying free gift etc, must be returned in order for a refund to be issued.
Shipping fees paid to deliver the order are non-refundable.
We will not accept returns or replacements for products whose boxes/packaging are ripped, creased, crushed, or missing; or if any significant amount of fragrance is used.
Once received, the item shall be checked and the refund shall be processed and refunded to the original method of payment.
If you have purchased your items from another website or store please refer back to their return/refund policy and contact them directly.
How do I return my items?
If your return meets the requirements as outlined in the above-mentioned Return Policy, you may return your items for a refund.
To arrange your return, please email customer-services@parfumsdelmar.com stating your order number, the items you are returning, and the reason why.

Can I return everything that I’ve ordered?

How long do I have to make a return?
30 business days from the delivery date. Any return requests made after 30 business days from delivery date will not be refunded.
How will I receive my refund?
Once received, the item shall be checked and the refund shall be processed and refunded to the original method of payment.
How do I know my product is authentic?
If your product has been purchased from our website, or one of our accredited stockists, then your fragrance will be authentic. If you buy our fragrances from an unauthorised or second-hand source – we will not be able to authenticate, nor will we be able to assist. To benefit from our level of quality and customer service – and for your peace of mind – we do not encourage buying our fragrances from unauthorised and second-hand sources.
My fragrance isn’t clear.
Due to our high volume of natural ingredients and high concentrations, you may find a small amount of sediment in our fragrances. This is a natural phenomenon that occurs in compositions that rely heavily on natural materials.
